2Bloom takes the privacy of families seriously — it's part of the job. This note explains, in plain language, how we handle the personal information you share with us through this website, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

If you send us an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form: your name, your email address, and anything you choose to tell us about your child. That's it — we don't ask for more than we need to reply to you.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and talk through the right next step for your child.
• If you've asked to join our opening list, to contact you about appointments when we open.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure visits to our pages and to show our posts and ads to people who have visited this site. It sets a cookie in your browser and sends Meta the pages you viewed and standard browser information. It never receives anything you type into our forms or anything about your child. You can opt out of Meta's ad tracking in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or block cookies in your browser.

Confidentiality

Anything you share about your child is treated as confidential from your very first message — the same standard that applies to our clinical work.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just reach out through the enquiry form and we'll take care of it.
