This is where you'll find our children’s groups, parent workshops, online classes and open days — small, practical sessions run by our clinical team, at the centre in Solaris Mont Kiara and online.

Open Day
Our doors open for the first time. Drop in any time — walk through the therapy rooms, the art room and the sensory space, sit down for a free 15 minutes with a clinical psychologist, and let the children join the art jamming session. Sat 26 September, 10.30 am – 2.00 pm. No booking needed.
Little Explorers: Block 1
A play-based social skills group for children aged 4–7: four children, two facilitators, four Thursday afternoons, developed with our senior clinical psychologists. The first group is for four- and five-year-olds. Thursdays 22 October to 12 November, 3.30 – 4.45pm.
Growing Together: Feelings First & Staying Calm
A two-day, play-based social-emotional learning workshop for children aged 6–12, developed and led by our clinical psychologist. Six places only. Sat 12 & Sun 13 December, 9.00 am – 12.15 pm each day.
Art Therapy — an eight-week group for children 6–12
An intake questionnaire, then eight weekly group sessions in a closed group of six, led by our art psychotherapist. Intake 6 to 13 October, and the group starts the week of 12 October.
Enrolment closes Friday 2 October.

Children’s groups
Small, closed groups for children, on a weekend or a weekday afternoon, developed by our clinical team — building social and emotional skills through games, stories, movement and creative play.
Online classes
Live online sessions for parents and caregivers — small-group coaching on the things families ask us about most, joined from home.
Talks & Q&As
Sit-down sessions with our clinical psychologists — a chance to ask the questions you'd never get through in a school pickup conversation.
Open days
Come and see the centre for yourself — the therapy rooms, the sensory room, and the people your child would be working with.
