Our team

The people behind 2Bloom

We're a small, senior clinical team — the kind where every clinician knows your child's name, not just their file. Our clinical psychologists and art psychotherapist all work with children and teenagers — between us in English, Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese and basic sign language.

Elsie Liaw, Clinical Psychologist at 2Bloom

Elsie Liaw

Clinical Psychologist

Elsie's work starts with listening. She uses assessment to get to the root of what is making things hard for a child, then hands parents a clear, plain-language picture they can actually act on. With younger children she works through play, drawing and whatever medium helps them open up — led by the child's pace rather than a fixed programme.

Evon Kuah, Clinical Psychologist at 2Bloom

Evon Kuah

Clinical Psychologist

Evon's starting point is that the socio-emotional footing built in childhood tends to carry through the whole of a life. She has spent close to ten years in practice across Malaysia and Singapore — in government hospitals, private centres and non-profit organisations — and brings that range to screening, diagnostic assessment and therapy for children and teenagers.

Reena Clare, Art Psychotherapist at 2Bloom

Reena Clare

Art Psychotherapist

Reena trained in London and cut her teeth inside the NHS, Kids Company and Westminster Arts, working with children for whom talking is the hard part. In her sessions, making art is the conversation: what a child draws, builds or paints often shows how they're feeling long before they can put it into words — and Reena knows how to listen to it. No drawing skill required, from the child or the parent.

How we work

What working with us feels like

Your child sets the pace

Sessions are shaped around what helps each child open up — play, drawing, movement or conversation — never a fixed script.

Parents stay in the loop

You're part of the process from the first conversation to the last — with plain-language feedback and practical strategies for home.

One team, one plan

Assessment and therapy sit under one roof, so nothing gets lost between appointments and your child never has to start over.

Come and meet us

Tell us a little about your child, and one of the team will reply personally.
