Two things for the fridge
The Feelings Chart and the Dopamine Menu from our Open Day, free to download and print at home. Both are A4: plain paper is fine, or a print shop will do something sturdier. They are yours to share, so if a friend would like them, send them this page.
The Feelings Chart
Twelve faces, one question: which one is you right now? Naming a feeling is the first step to handling it, and the chart gives children the words. Stick it somewhere they can point to it.

Screen-free ways to give a busy brain the boost it is looking for: two-minute starters, twenty-minute mains, sides to order alongside boring things, and desserts for after the hard thing. There is space at the bottom for your own family specials.
