ADHD Supports: one-to-one help for children with ADHD, and for you
A session for your child and a session for you, every week. ADHD Supports is one-to-one help for children aged 3 to 12 with ADHD, diagnosed or suspected, with Carrine Loh, our clinical psychologist, in Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur.
- Ages
- 3 to 12
- For
- ADHD, diagnosed or suspected
- Each week
- One session with your child, one for you
- With
- Carrine Loh, Clinical Psychologist
- Language
- English or Mandarin
- Starts
- Late October 2026
The shoes are by the door and your child still isn’t wearing them. Homework that should take twenty minutes takes the whole evening. The teacher says your child is bright, “but…”. You asked nicely, then asked again, then shouted, and then felt terrible about it.
None of that means your child isn’t trying, or that you are doing it wrong. With ADHD the hard part is rarely knowing what to do. It is doing it, at the right moment, every day.
ADHD Supports works on those moments from both sides. Your child practises the skills with Carrine, and you learn how to prompt, praise and follow through at home, so the two of you pull the same way.
This may be a good fit if your child…
Is aged 3 to 12, with ADHD, diagnosed or suspected.
Turns mornings, homework or bedtime into a battle most days.
Knows the rules, but can’t seem to follow them in the moment.
Brings home notes from school, or has started calling themselves “naughty” or “stupid”.
Probably not the right fit if…
- Autism is the bigger question. Individual Supports works on communication, routines and play for children with autism or ADHD.
- Big feelings are the main worry and nobody is asking about ADHD. Play 2gether is built for that, ages 4 to 12.
- You want to know whether it is ADHD. That is an assessment, not a programme. Message us and ask about one.
You don’t need a diagnosis to start. If your child is under 6 and ADHD is suspected, we will also recommend a visit to a paediatrician or child psychiatrist, as Malaysian guidelines advise. The sessions can begin while you wait for that appointment.
From a first conversation to a plan for your child
Talk to us
Message us on WhatsApp, or ask for a 10-minute call with Carrine, in English or Mandarin. Tell us what is going on, and we will tell you honestly whether this is the right place to start.
A first session
You and your child meet Carrine. She hears what is hardest at home and at school, and spends time with your child. If we are not the right fit, we say so and suggest where to go.
Your written plan
Three to five goals your family chooses, what the sessions will work on, and the fee, all in writing before you commit to anything.
Two sessions a week
One with your child, one for you. Every 12 weeks we look at the goals together and decide what comes next.
The review can go four ways: keep going, meet less often, change the plan, or finish. Planning for the end is part of the plan from the start.
One session with your child, one for you
Ages 3 to 6: learning in play
With young children, most of the change comes through you. You and your child play together while Carrine coaches you in the moment: what to notice, what to praise, what to let go.
Ages 7 to 12: skills of their own
Your child works one-to-one with Carrine on what ADHD makes hard: getting started, keeping track of things, waiting, and handling frustration. You hear what to prompt at home.
A session for you
Every week, without your child. The hardest moment of the week, what to say next time, and a plan for home you can actually keep up.
One person, your language
Carrine runs every session herself, in English or Mandarin. Nobody else picks up the thread, and you never have to tell the story twice.
Each week ends with one or two things to try at home. The practice between sessions is where most of the change happens, so the plan is built around what your family can realistically do.
Honest about what it can and can’t do
What it works on. Calmer mornings and bedtimes, homework with fewer battles, your confidence about what to do, and your child’s sense that they are not “the naughty one”. In short, it supports attention, routines and family life.
What it won’t promise. ADHD doesn’t go away at the end of a programme, and we won’t promise better grades or a set drop in symptoms. What we will do is show you, every 12 weeks, how each of your goals is moving.
Alongside your doctor, never instead. We are neither for nor against medication; that decision belongs to you and your child’s doctor. Children on medication take part in the same way, and with your consent Carrine can share what she sees with their doctor.
What we don’t offer. Neurofeedback, brain-training apps, special diets or supplements. The research behind them for ADHD is weak, and we would rather tell you so than sell them to you.
The approach. Informed by evidence-based approaches such as parent–child interaction coaching and organisation-skills training. International guidelines, including the American Academy of Pediatrics and the UK’s NICE, put parent training at the centre of ADHD care for young children.
Carrine Loh, Clinical Psychologist
Carrine is a clinical psychologist, registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council. She leads 2Bloom’s one-to-one work with children and runs every ADHD Supports session herself, in English or Mandarin.
She is also the person on the other end of the 10-minute call, so the first voice you hear is the clinician who would work with your child.
Meet the rest of the team, the clinicians behind 2Bloom.
Not sure it’s this one?
Several of our programmes overlap. The quickest way to choose is to ask what is getting harder at the moment, then pick the one that matches.
Individual Supports
Autism is the bigger question, or communication and play are the main worry. One-to-one, with you coached in the room.
Parenting Together: ADHD
You want a system for home first, without your child attending. Your child is 6 to 12; small group, online.
Understanding ADHD
You are new to ADHD and want to understand it before choosing anything. One three-hour workshop.
Still torn? Tell us a little about your child and ask for a 10-minute call with Carrine, our clinical psychologist, or see every programme on What’s on.

Before you get in touch
What is ADHD Supports?
ADHD Supports is a one-to-one programme at 2Bloom in Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, for children aged 3 to 12 with ADHD, diagnosed or suspected. Each week there is a session with your child and a session for you, both with Carrine Loh, Clinical Psychologist, in English or Mandarin. It supports attention, routines and family life, and works alongside your child’s doctor.
Does my child need an ADHD diagnosis?
No. ADHD Supports takes children with suspected ADHD as well as those with a diagnosis. If your child is under 6 and ADHD is suspected, we will also recommend a paediatrician or child psychiatrist, as Malaysian guidelines advise, and the sessions can start while you wait. If you want to find out whether it is ADHD, that is an assessment, which is a separate service.
Why is there a session for parents every week?
Because most of the hard moments happen at home, when we are not there. In your session you work through the week’s hardest moment with Carrine and plan what to say and do next time. Your child learns a skill in their session; you learn how to prompt and praise it at home, so it actually gets used.
My child is on ADHD medication. Is this still useful?
Yes. Medication and this kind of support do different jobs, and children on medication take part in the same way. We don’t advise for or against medication; that is for you and your child’s doctor. With your consent, Carrine can share what she sees with the doctor.
Will this make my child’s ADHD go away?
No, and we would be wary of anyone who says it will. ADHD Supports helps with what ADHD makes hard day to day: routines, getting started, waiting, frustration, and how home runs. We review your goals every 12 weeks and tell you honestly how each one is moving.
Can the sessions be in Mandarin?
Yes. Carrine runs every session herself, in English or Mandarin, whichever works for your family.
How is this different from Individual Supports?
ADHD Supports is the part of Individual Supports built around ADHD, for ages 3 to 12, with a session for you every week. If autism is the bigger question, or communication and play are the main worry, Individual Supports is the place to start. Not sure? Ask for the 10-minute call and Carrine will help you choose.
Do you offer neurofeedback, brain training or diet plans for ADHD?
No. The research behind neurofeedback, brain-training apps, special diets and supplements for ADHD is weak, so we don’t offer them. We focus on the support that international guidelines recommend: working with parents, and with the child on everyday skills.
Is ADHD Supports the same as ADHD therapy?
It is non-medication support from a clinical psychologist: coaching for parents and practice of everyday skills for the child, the kind of help international guidelines such as the American Academy of Pediatrics and the UK’s NICE recommend for children with ADHD. It doesn’t diagnose ADHD or replace medical care, and it won’t make ADHD go away. It works on the daily moments that ADHD makes hard.
Where do the sessions take place?
At 2Bloom, J-2-13, Solaris Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, in person. Both sessions each week are at the centre, in a slot agreed with you once your child’s plan is written.
How much does it cost?
We give you the fee in writing together with your child’s plan, before you commit to anything. The first session’s fee is confirmed when you book it. Messaging us costs nothing.
Start with a conversation
ADHD Supports opens in late October 2026 with a small number of weekly slots. Message us in English or Mandarin and tell us a little about your child.
Or write to hello@2-bloom.com
Messaging us doesn’t commit you to anything. We reply on WhatsApp, so please give us a few days.
Would you rather talk first? Ask for a 10-minute call with Carrine. It is a conversation, not an assessment: no report and no diagnosis.
