Individual Supports: one-to-one support for children and teens with autism or ADHD
A plan built around your child, with you in the room. One-to-one sessions with Carrine Loh, our clinical psychologist, for children and teens aged 3 to 17 with autism or ADHD, diagnosed or suspected. Your family chooses the goals, and you are coached to practise them at home between sessions.

Maybe your child has a new diagnosis and a report full of words, but no plan for Monday morning. Maybe nobody has said autism or ADHD yet, and you have been wondering for a while: about the words that aren’t coming, the meltdown at every change, the play that doesn’t look like other children’s.
Either way, you don’t need to have it worked out before you come, and you don’t need a diagnosis to start.
Individual Supports is regular one-to-one time with a clinical psychologist, built around a written plan your family helps to write. You are in the room for it, so what happens in the session carries on at home.
This may be a good fit if your child…
Is aged 3 to 17, with autism or ADHD, diagnosed or suspected.
Finds it hard to let you know what they need, in words or any other way.
Struggles with the daily routines: getting dressed, meals, bedtime, leaving the house.
Plays in ways that are hard to join, or finds it hard to play with others.
Probably not the right fit if…
- Big feelings are the main worry and nobody is asking about autism or ADHD. Play 2gether is built for that, ages 4 to 12.
- Your child copes in a group and you would like a lighter start. Growing Together, a weekend workshop for ages 6 to 12.
- You want to know whether it is autism or ADHD. That is an assessment, not a programme. Message us and ask about one.
From a first meeting to a written plan
Talk to us
Message us on WhatsApp, or ask for a 10-minute call with Carrine. Tell us what is going on, and we will tell you honestly whether this is the right place to start.
A first session
You and your child meet Carrine. She hears your child’s story and what you most want to change, and spends time playing with your child. If we are not the right fit, we say so and suggest where to go.
Your written plan
Three to five goals your family chooses, what the sessions will work on, and how often we suggest meeting, with the reason written down.
Sessions, then a review
One to three sessions a week, with you in the room. Every 12 weeks we look at the goals together and decide what comes next.
The review can go four ways: keep going, meet less often, change the plan, or finish. Planning for the end is part of the plan from the start.
One plan, with you at the centre of it
Goals you choose
Three to five goals, written in your family’s words and about your family’s days, not taken from a checklist.
Coaching for you
You are there every week. Carrine shows a strategy, then hands it back to you and coaches you while you try it with your own child.
Communication, routines, play
The sessions work on three things: communication in any form (words, signs or pictures), calmer daily routines, and play.
A review every 12 weeks
A meeting and a written update on each goal, so you can see what has moved and what hasn’t, and decide the next 12 weeks together.
One thing to practise at home comes out of every session. A few minutes a day in ordinary moments, like bath time or getting into the car, is what it asks of you.
Carrine Loh, Clinical Psychologist
Carrine is a clinical psychologist, registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council. She leads 2Bloom’s one-to-one work with children, and she also runs our weekend workshop, Growing Together.
She is also the person on the other end of the 10-minute call, so the first voice you hear is the clinician who would work with your child.
Meet the rest of the team, the clinicians behind 2Bloom.
Not sure it’s this one?
Several of our programmes overlap. The quickest way to choose is to ask what is getting harder at the moment, then pick the one that matches.
Play 2gether
Big feelings are the problem and nobody is asking about a diagnosis. Ages 4 to 12, one-to-one.
Making 2gether
“We keep clashing.” The relationship is the problem. Art together with Reena, ages 3 to 12.
Parenting Together: ADHD
ADHD, your child is 6 to 12, and you want a system for home. For parents, online.
Still torn? Tell us a little about your child and ask for a 10-minute call with Carrine, our clinical psychologist, or see every programme on What’s on.

Before you get in touch
Does my child need a diagnosis?
No. Individual Supports takes children with suspected autism or ADHD as well as those with a diagnosis. If you want to find out whether it is autism or ADHD, that is an assessment, which is a separate service. Ask us and we will talk you through it.
Why do I need to be in the room?
Because you spend far more hours with your child than we do. Each week Carrine shows you a strategy, you try it with your child while she coaches you, and you take it home. The session is where you learn it, and the week at home is where your child gets to practise it.
How many sessions a week will we need?
Between one and three for most families. More hours is not automatically better. What matters is the right goals and some practice at home. The plan recommends a number and writes down why, and you can tell us what is realistic for your family.
What happens at the first session?
It is a fit check. You and your child meet Carrine, she asks about your child’s history and what you most want to change, and she spends time with your child. Afterwards you get a written plan with goals. If we are not the right fit, we say so and suggest where to go.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many sessions a week your child’s plan recommends, so we give you the fee in writing together with the plan, before you commit to anything. The first session’s fee is confirmed when you book it. Messaging us costs nothing.
Can we wait and decide?
Yes. Messaging us commits you to nothing. We can keep your name for the first slots in late October while you think it over.
Start with a conversation
Individual Supports opens in late October 2026 with a small number of weekly slots. Message us and tell us a little about your child.
Or write to hello@2-bloom.com
Messaging us doesn’t commit you to anything. We reply on WhatsApp, so please give us a few days.
Would you rather talk first? Ask for a 10-minute call with Carrine. It is a conversation, not an assessment: no report and no diagnosis.
